As our life progresses we get wrapped in being busy, no time to just sit with nature and reflect on what it is we want from life.  My roles throughout my working life have highlighted the importance of being in nature, away from the pressure of city life and technology.  Clearing our head, moving slower and having engaging conversations can create the conditions for new beginnings in our lives.

My goal as a convenor is to create opportunities for new beginnings for your life, made by guided reflection and reconnecting and being with nature.

As a convenor I will plan, organise and facilitate an opportunity for you to be in nature,  be guided in your reflection and set goals for new beginnings in your life.  The groups are small in number, attended by clients who are looking for engagement with others and prepared to reflect on recreating new beginnings for themselves.

Before the two day retreat there will be some homework asking probing questions for you to think about, a commitment from you to be physically fit enough to participate in an (introductory level) outdoor activity and a commitment to making a change for new beginnings in your life.
After the retreat there will be a follow up questionnaire and support offered to assist you in making the change for new beginnings in your life.

Christine is capable, articulate and professional while exuding warmth, a sense of humour and a genuine interest in all those who have contact with her.
